تعريف بالتطبيق:

يلاميد: هي منصة الكترونية لتسويق وبيع المنتجات الطبية (الغير دوائية) بالإضافة للمستحضرات الطبية التجميلية ومستلزمات الأطفال مع توصيل هذه المنتجات للمنازل.

الجهة المسؤولة عن التطبيق:

مؤسسة القباني فوزي القباني.

الفئات المستهدفة:

جميع شرائح المجتمع.

توصيف عمل تطبيق يلاميد:

إليك كيف يعمل تطبيق يلاميد بشكل عام:

• آلية البحث البسيطة:

تطبيق يلاميد  يسهل على المستخدم العثور على المنتجات الطبية (الغير دوائية) المناسبة من خلال كتابة الاسم في مربع البحث.

• البحث المتقدم:

في حال كنت ترغب في البحث بشكل أوسع يمكنك البحث عبر التصنيف او عبر العلامة التجارية.

• عرض المعلومات التفصيلية:

نعرض في ملف المنتج كافة المعلومات التي تهم المستخدم ومنها:(اسم المنتج – اسم العلامة التجارية – سعر المنتج – الوان وقياسات المنتج في حال تواجدها – صورة المنتج – خصومات على المنتج في حال وجودها)

• طلب الشراء:

في حال اردت شراء المنتج تستطيع إضافة هذا المنتج الى سلة المشتريات ومن ثم إضافة العنوان الخاص بك بعدتسجيل حساب خاص بك لدى يلاميد والتاكيد على عملية الشراء واختيار طريقة الدفع (الكتروني – دفع عند التوصيل).

• تذكيرات مهة:

عند قبول طلبك سيتم ارسال اشعار لك بتأكيد الطلب او بالاعتذار عن طلبية طلبك لعدم توافر المنتج في المرحلة الحالية كما سيتم ارسال اشعار لك عند اكتمال عملية التوصيل.

• مشاركة تجربتك:

بعد استخدامك التطبيق؛ يمكنك تقييم تجربتك مع التطبيق وتقييم المنتج هذا يساعد الآخرين في اتخاذ قراراتهم في استخدام التطبيق.

حقوق المستخدم:

بموجب قانون تنظيم التواصل على الشبكة ومكافحة الجريمة المعلوماتية، قد يكون لديك عدد من الحقوق المتعلقة بالبيانات التي نحتفظ بها عنك. إذا كنت ترغب في ممارسة أي من هذه الحقوق، يرجى الاتصال بقسم الاتصال لدينا باستخدام تفاصيل الاتصال المذكورة أعلاه للحصول على معلومات إضافية حول حقوقك، يرجى مراجعة المرسوم التشريعي رقم 20 لعام 2020. والمتضمن قانون تنظيم التواصل على الشبكة ومكافحة الجريمة المعلوماتية.

التعامل باحترام مع مقدمي الرعاية الطبية أو أي شخص من فريق التطبيق.

آلية الحماية:

ستتخذ يلاميد جميع الخطوات اللازمة بشكل معقول لضمان التعامل مع بياناتك بشكل آمن ووفقاً لسياسة الخصوصية هذه عند نقلها الى جهات خارجية بحيث نقوم باستخدام تقنيات متقدمة جداً للحفاظ على خصوصية بياناتك ومنعها من الضياع أو السرقة أو القرصنة.

لن نحتفظ بمعلوماتك لفترة أطول مما نعتقد أنها ضرورية. سيتم الاحتفاظ بالمعلومات التي نجمعها ما دامت هناك حاجة لهل بما يتماشى مع مصلحتنا المشروعة أو لفترة تشترطها على وجه التحديد اللوائح أو القوانين المعمول بها، مثل الحفاظ على المعلومات لأغراض التقارير التنظيمية.

الخصوصية:

نقوم بجمع معلومات فنية من جهازك المحمول او جهاز الحاسب الخاص بك، مثل نظام التشغيل الخاص به، والجهاز ونوعه ونوع الاتصال وعنوان IP الذي تدخل منه إلى مواقعنا.

حقوق الجهة المسؤولة عن التطبيق:

• إتمام عملية الشراء عند طلب أي منتج بعد التأكيد عليه في التطبيق.

واجبات الجهة المسؤولة عن التطبيق:

• تحميل كافة المطلوبة لعملية اتخذا قرار الشراء لدى المستخدم.
• تسهيل البحث عن كافة المنتجات.
• اعلام المستخدم في حال الغاء الطلب او التأخير فيه مع بيان السبب.

الاجراءات التي يتخذها التطبيق في حال مخالفة سياسة الاستخدام:

• في حال لم يستلم المستخدم لمرتين متتاليتين طلبه عند التوصيل يتم حظر الحساب لمدة 7 أيام وفي حال تكرار عدم الاستلام يتم حظر الحساب نهائياً.

تعديل سياسة الخصوصية:

سننشر أي تغييرات تطراً على سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بنا على مواقعنا، عند الاقتضاء، سوف نخبرك بالتغييرات على سبيل المثال عن طريق البريد الالكتروني، أو باقي وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي وعبر خدمة العملاء.

Here's how the Yalamed app generally works:

- Simple search mechanism:

The Yalamed application makes it easy for the user to find appropriate medical (non-pharmaceutical) products by typing the name in the search box.

- Advanced search:

If you want to search more broadly, you can search by classification or by brand.

- View detailed information:

We display in the product file all the information that is important to the user, including: (product name - brand name - product price - product colors and sizes, if available - product image - discounts on the product, if available)

-        Purchase Order:

If you want to buy the product, you can add this product to the shopping cart and then add your address after registering your account with Yallamed, confirming the purchase process, and choosing the payment method (electronic - payment on delivery).

- Important reminders:

When your order is accepted, a notification will be sent to you confirming the order or apologizing for your order as the product is not available at the current stage. A notification will also be sent to you when the delivery process is completed.

- Share your experience:

After you use the application; You can rate your experience with the app and rate the product. This helps others make their decisions in using the app.

User rights:

User Responsibilities:
